Bahmler, Brooke A., Jesus welcomed His Angel with open arms into His paradise on Sunday, February 17, 2013 at the age of 24.

Beloved daughter of Dick (Cindy) Bahmler and Jan Bahmler. Dear sister of Kelly and Michael Doyon and Abby Bahmler. Granddaughter of BeEtta M. Bahmler. Fianceé of Ricky Porter. Aunt of Jacob Doyon. Niece, cousin and friend to many.

Services: Funeral service at the SCHRADER Funeral Home and Crematory, 14960 Manchester Road at Holloway, Ballwin, Monday, 11:30 a.m. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Stray Rescue. Visitation Sunday 2-9 p.m. Friends may sign the family?s on-line guestbook at Schrader.com.

We are in such disbelief about Brooke. We remember our boys playing and swimming with Brooke and Abby. They are two different girls, but we always referred to them as one person - "Brooke and Abby", just like they called our two boys as if they were one person - "Kyle and Derek". There are no words to show how sorry we are. There is no way to know how you are feeling. We wish that we could take away some of your pain. Just know that all of Brooke's family is in our thoughts and prayers.

Jan, you've encouraged me through hard times and I hope you know by this that even though I never met Brooke, she has reminded me of how we are to take care of each other and not take our time with one another for granted. She demonstrated love by her sacrifice. Now those she loves must hold up each other in the absence of her and continue the example she set forth, to put the needs of others first and love one another.

Jan, I can't tell you how sorry I am to hear of the death of Brooke and injuries to Abbie. I can only imagine the pain you are feeling and my heart breaks for you and your whole family. You are definitely all in my thoughts and prayers. I haven't heard any follow-ups as to how Abbie is doing or what injuries she had but I hope she is doing well. Much love to you.. I miss you.
