Not sure what to say?

We're on a nationwide road trip visiting friends and family. I noticed a sign for Broughton Hospital. My mind immediately thought of Brot. Words fall short when describing this pillar of a man. Each of us having our own memories of his kindness and integrity. I worked for PWM for over 30 years and directly for Brot for 15 years. I can best describe him as a humble mentor to me. Gracious as a father allowing me to run wild yet gently pulling in the reins when necessary. Fantastic man!

We must never forget him, because his kindness will save us all from our worst selves. "Mr. Bishop ~ If you can read my thoughts:...

I caddied for Brot in the early sixties at Waverly CC. I remember him as a kind respectful man. I recall one particular game, one particular hole, one particular shot. On the final hole, a par three by the club house, Brot hit a terrible shot that sailed over the green, hit the circular driveway, hit the flag pole at just the right spot, bounced back on the driveway, sailed over the bunker, rolled onto the green and finally rolled in to the cup for an ace. Miraculous shot of all time. He had...

My sincere wishes goes out to the family. during my 46 years of working for Brot, I never knew anyone more honest or who felt here was no problem that could not be solved. All that I accomplished was because he taught me and believed in me.

Michael and I send our heartfelt condolences to all of the family, and we wish you peace and good memories in the days ahead. Here's to your stories bringing more smiles than tears ~
