Not sure what to say?

At this time of year, i know things can be really tough. May his memory be a blessing to you, Hilary. Big hugs

I was very saddened to get this news just today. I had the honor of working with Bruce at PDC from 2003 - 2005. He was a fun, wise, thoughtful and supportive colleague who achieved so much here in Portland. This city is a better place because of him. To Hilary and family, my deepest condolences to you all.

Bruce was a treasured friend since freshman year in high school in Tucson, Arizona. We really reconnected when our daughters moved to Portland and when we too moved to the area to be with our family in retirement. Bruce was smart funny and wonderful man who loved his family. We will miss him but we will remember all the good things we shared over the years.

Blessed to have had Bruce as a lifelong friend since high school. Our condolences to his family and friends. Marty Capanna can you send the picture of our Voyage of discovery backpack of the Rocky Mountains to Hillary for his memorial services? Thanks buddy!

My heart is saddened to hear of this news....Bruce Allen was my boss and co-worker and friend at PDC. He was the most amazing mentor I had the privilege of working with during my 14 years at PDC. He supported me and encouraged me to reach for the skies and that there was nothing I couldn't achieve. We had a very competitive relationship (which we always laughed about) and I absolutely loved working with him and was touched by his heartfelt well wishes when I left to pursue bigger & better...

I have fond memories of Bruce in my days at Rincon High School. He was smart, talented, and a role model I looked up to. I will never forget our adventure after High School to Colorado and eventually to Great Falls Montana. Thoughts and prayers to his family and all those that loved him. Marty Capanna

I worked with Bruce from 2001 through his retirement in 2013. His positive disposition, smile, humor and concern for others made him a great human being. His presence after retirement was greatly noticed at PDC. I have to confess that every time I cut tomatoes and cucumbers I think of Bruce. The memories and contributions he made to the people of Portland will never be forgotten. Much love and light to the family, Ronda

Sincerely sorry for your loss. I am a friend of Cindy´s and Bruce was one of my first crushes in life! Special memories. Joan Galanis

Bruce´s kind, family loving and life enjoying characters always impressed is. He will be in our memory all the time. May God be with his soul eternally.
