BRACE, Bruce Robert, 52, of Chesterfield, passed away suddenly Monday, April 13, 2009. He was an owner, operator of a Wendy's franchise in the Richmond area and a member of the Board of Directors of the Richmond SPCA. He is survived by his loving wife, Pamela Terry Brace; daughter, Jennifer Breth and husband, Jason; and son, Phillip Brace. Other survivors include his parents, Robert Glenn and Marilyn Westfal Brace; and brothers, Tom, Gordon, Jim and Steve Brace. The family will receive friends from 5 to 8 p.m. Thursday at the Chesterfield Chapel of the Bennett Funeral Home, 14301 Ashbrook Pkwy., and where his funeral will be held 1 p.m. Friday with the Rev. Ed Stansfield officiating. Interment will follow at Dale Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in his name may be made to the Richmond SPCA, 2519 Hermitage Rd. Richmond, Va. 23220.

I only met Bruce a few times, but talked with him often. I worked with the company that distributed to his Wendy's locations. I always thought alot of Bruce and what a good business man he was. My condolences to the family he will be greatly missed by all that knew him
