Not sure what to say?

I neglected to send my deepest condolences to Cindy, Darby, Jay, and all who knew and loved Bruce. He was a fixture in the tap world too, known by many as a staunch supporter of the art, and of Cindy and her work in tap. The slightly blurry pic is one of the last times I saw him, at a tap festival potluck they hosted in 2016, with Darby and Cindy. It captures his hearty essence.

I just found this, and am so sad to hear. I knew Bruce through Cindy and tap. What a warm and gracious man, and he gave the best hugs. I will miss knowing he is in the world. My condolences to all who knew and loved him.

During our college years at U of O, we were great couple friends. I have so many memories..all good! Bruce was a man who really lived an impressive life. My sympathy and love to the family.

I send my heart felt sympathy for your loss. I found a lovely clock at Village merchant. It had your name on the back. I was hoping you might be able to give me some history on the clock. I would like to give it the honor it deserves. I have a feeling it might have been in your family for some time. I promise to love it and keep it in good repair. Always, Ann Emilia Thomas You can reach me at (503)810-1828 Thank you in advance for your time and effort. My e-mail address is [email protected]

My deepest & heartfelt condolences to the family! I knew Bruce through the insurance industry (he & his family were clients) & always enjoyed talking with him as we reviewed his policies & discussed many topics! Talking with him was like talking with a family member! May GOD comfort & bless all of you!

Cindy, Sending condolences on your loss of Bruce. Neal and I were always inspired by both of you and so appreciative of your friendship and guidance when we arrived in Tokyo. Your kindness and support will never be forgotten and became an example for us on our own expat journey. Sending love to you and your family. XXOO Suzanne Miller (formerly Lauridsen)

We enjoyed Bruce and Cindy's friendship over the course of many years - beginning with our time together at the University of Oregon. Cindy and I are Delta Gamma sisters.

My sincere condolences on Bruce's passing. During the short time I knew Bruce, his kindness and modesty were evident. His legacy and acts of good will, will endure.
