Bruce A. Brock of Palatine Bruce A. Brock, 48, formerly of Schaumburg, passed away suddenly June 19, 2012. Husband of Karen; loving father of Isabella and Riley; dear son of Carole and Chester; and beloved brother of Brian, Carrie, Bradley, Patrick and Patriece. I am so sorry to hear about Bruce. What a terrific guy. We had a chance to work together at Harper College when he stage managed a show for me a few years back. He showed up out of the blue and said it was something he had always been interested in doing. It was a real treat to get to know him again. Rest in peace my dear friend . . . until we meet again.
