I didn´t know that I went to high school with Ed until several years after meeting him as a beat cop in Downtown Dayton and having a talk about our schools. Surprise! We went to the same school. Ed and his partner Charlie watched out for all of us working in the city. Ed was a really nice guy and we knew were all safe with Ed and Charlie on the job.
