My Mother worked as a Paralegal for 50 years around the Bakersfield area. I remember Mr. Divelbiss name mention many times in my youth. What a wonderful person, married to the same woman for 53 years, fiercely loyal and committed in his personal and professional life. A true role model. May God bless the family in their grief, and Mr. Divelbiss as he takes his place near our lord. Sincerely/Respectfully, Mark Passaglia
