DR. BRUCE E. KATZ

I just found it Dr. Katz passed. I was in a wheelchair and could not walk. A half of doctors could not find out what was wrong. I was almost to the point that because I could not walk I was going to eventually loss all hope of walking. Several doctors told me it I was looking for attention from my husband. A friend sent me to Dr. Katz. He saved my life. He gave me an xray where no other doctor did. Turned out I needed two hip surgeries. Which I received two operations within 6 weeks and...

such a shock, and so very sorry to learn about Bruce's passing. We went to Northwestern together and hung out sometimes in the summer on Long Island at his house or mine. He was a ZBT, as I recall, and I was in another fraternity...we had a lot of good times together. His memory lives on in my heart.

My deepest condolences. I was fortunate to have worked with Bruce as a consulting radiologist. His absence leaves a solemn wake in the medical community.
