Bruce created fascinating landscapes and dreamlike clouds in his artwork. He made lithographs at Tamarind Institute in Albuquerque when my aunt Kay Wille worked there - back in the early 1970's. Bruce was a talented & unique artist.

Sad to find out so late.

I knew Bruce well and saw him often during the late 1980's . I also worked with him at El Morro National Monument from 1988 to 1990. I would see him at twice a year for 20 years after I left New Mexico. Unfortunately, we had a falling out which I felt bad for (and still do) but it does not take away from my memory of the unique individual he was and the absolutely creative person I got to know.

to the world around me and the beauty of art.
The adventures we had while exploring Mexico and New Mexico
would fill a scandalous book
My deepest sentiments at your lost.

We are saddened to learn of the death of Bruce, but grateful for his service to our nation with the Peace Corps in Papua New Guinea.
Our condolences,
The National Peace Corps Association
