Not sure what to say?

Dear Family,

Our family grew up near Sandy Boulevard in Portland during the 50's and 60's and utilitzed Krohn and Luzador Photography for many years. Today as I was working with those old photos, I decided to look up the names and I found this obituary. We pass on our sympathy as you are losing a wonderful family member.

The pictures they took form a mavelous legacy in our family. We loved going to the studio or having them come to us, especially as they helped us...

We are very sorry to hear about Bruce. He was a great friend and business partner. Our kids grew-up together while we grew as photographers. Altogether we've known each other for atleast 60 years. We shared so many great memories over the decades. We will always remember the good times reflected in so many photos. Please know how much we appreciate our moments together.
Our sincere regards,
-Lou and Jean

Our thoughts and prayers are with you.

Dear Becky and family, I'm so sorry to read of the passing of your father. I was going through the obituaries as my father died Friday, December 2, so I can imagine what you are experiencing at this time. Your father was a man of true integrity and made so many people happy with his professionally-handled photography. I always had fun at your house when we were kids. I will arrive too late in Portland, tomorrow, to attend his memorial, but I will be thinking of you and sending comfort. ...

My prayers for comfort for the whole Luzader family during this time of sorrow. What wonderful memories I have starting in the early 1960's when I wandered into the Bruce Luzader Photography Studio looking for comfort and new opportunities. ( I was trying to sell insurance at the time) Bruce and I hit it off and started my training in wedding photography. Bruce's friendship and support during the next several years extended to my family as we enjoyed many years of activities together. ...

Recently I viewed a film that compared life to that of a train ride with the many adventures encountered along the way. Bruce was my classmate of 1946. With his talent for photography, he captured our class memories and friendships. Our committee for the Junior Prom asked him to take a series of photos of the event which created a story of Prom Night. He did, enabling us to re-live those fond memories when viewing them. Unlike a train ride which goes so swiftly, time was captured and held...

I am saddened by the passing of my old friend. Bruce did my high school (Grant) graduation pictures, my first wedding, a number of professional photos, as well as my favorites from my days on "Romper Room" in the 60s. I loved that guy and his work! Dorothy (Wymore, Venables, Pearce) Bryant
