Not sure what to say?

Am deeply saddened by the loss of my brother, Bruce. Memories of our days together will keep his spirit alive in me forever.

Comfort Planter

Sympathies to the Mack family. I had the privilege to work with Bruce while he served as the Interim VP for Advancement at the University of Northern Iowa. He was a good man. May he Rest with God.

I am saddened by the news of Bruce’s passing, while grateful we had the opportunity to talk and email a few times during the summer. Bruce was a steadfast friend; an inspiring, collaborative and supportive colleague with keen analytical and management skills. It was Bruce who, by hiring me to work with him and the Alumni & Development team at Baldwin-Wallace College, introduced me to peers and students who I regard as family. It was Bruce who always made my day when he called or emailed me...

So very sorry to learn of Bruce’s passing. He was truly a gentleman and a scholar. Our deepest sympathies to his family. God bless.

Bruce was a great person to work for, a good mentor, and a friend. I will miss him, his humor, and his positive outlook. My condolences to Bertie, his daughters, and the rest of his family.

May your memories of the wonderful times you shared with your loved one comfort you and your family, today and always.

We are so sorry to hear of Bruce’s passing. He was a great guy, truly one of the “good guys”. We’ll miss his intellect, humor, love of family and loyalty to friends. We always appreciated Bruce’s phone calls, staying connected and inquiring to our health, well-being and our daughters. He was always thinking of others and wanting to keep our family history/stories alive and remembered. May Bruce be free of pain and illness now and in the arms of his parents...who are also dearly missed. xo xo...
