Bruce Wayne Marion

MARION, Bruce Wayne, It is with great sadness that we announce the sudden passing of Bruce Wayne Marion, age 75, on May 28, 2024. A devoted husband and father, Bruce was committed to living daily for his wife, Sue; his daughters, Kendall Marion and Kimberly Brown (Kevin) and granddaughter Caitlin Brown. He is the son of the late Charles J. and Lillian G. Marion. After graduating from the University of Richmond, Bruce's passion for cooking and love of entertaining began when he and Sue founded a catering company Marion Enterprises and later Tilly's Tavern Restaurant. Bruce enjoyed the beach, working around the yard, traveling with his cousins, and keeping in touch with his employees from Sagebrush Steakhouse.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Friday, June 21st at 2 p.m., at Bethany Christian Church, 5400 Forest Hill Avenue, Richmond VA, 23225. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Bethany Christian Church or consider doing a random act of kindness in memory of Bruce.
