Bruce Burrell Marr

I offer my condolences to Bruce's family and family of friends and colleagues. Bruce was a good friend, a true friend. We were hired at the City of Chicago's Law Department at about the same time along with two other lawyers who also became dear friends. Our boss called us the four amigos, and indeed, we remained friends through the years. I am so saddened to hear of the passing of Bruce. He was a dear friend through our high school days at Suffolk High School. We shared our love for theater and music. "The Fantasticks" days are treasured memories. Bruce holds a special place in my heart.

I am grateful that the Marr family adopted me as their tennis fourth and that I got to meet Bruce on the campus of Silver Bay. I loved seeing the five of them together and saw the joy in their parents eyes and smiles that they "did good". Peace to you Bruce
