Not sure what to say?

Dear Pat and family,

As you know, Bruce and I were fast friends from the early days in the Chicago I.P. office and remained so through recent retirement times. He always provided the remarkable ability to energize those around him through his enthusiasm and caring, and more importantly... to enjoy it along the way!

My sincere sympathies and best wishes to you Pat as you go forward.

Dear Pat, Steve, and Scott,
I am so sorry for your loss. When Bruce spoke of his best times, it was always when you were all together. He thought Jack had his eyes. He gave Pat credit for his greatest pride, how his sons turned out. He loved you all so much. He loved life, dogs, motorcyles, planes, his devoted family and tinkering. He was a smart man, always happy. He was proud of his work ethic, his marriage, and his grandchildren. He will be missed. He was our friend and we were honored...

Pat & Family,
We are so sorry to learn of Bruce's death. He was a real friend in addition to being an enthusiastic supporter of our fraternity. I have been thinking of his ever present smile and positive outlook. I'll miss him deeply.

Dear Pat,
Please accept Liz and my heartfelt sympathy for your loss. You know you were blest with a great guy for all those years...as we were in knowing him. I first met Bruce in 1976 when I joined the "White Paper Group" at IP - NY. It didn't take me long to conclude Bruce was a sales professional who got along well with customers and had fun doing it. It was an honor and priviledge to work with him and call him my friend. Please know that he touched the lives of so many people and...

Hi Pat. I was greatly saddened to hear that Bruce had passed away and I offer my condolences to you and the family. You may remember a long time ago when you guys were still living in Chicago that Bruce brought me out to the house to see his motorcycle and of course we had to take a ride while I was looking. He always gave me the impression that he loved the paper business and I always thought of him as a friend and one of the "good guys" with whom you could get things done. The world...

Dear Pat, Jan and I are deeply saddened by Bruce's passing. Our sincere condolences to you, and The Merrill Family. Bruce was the genuine nice guy, and was well liked by everyone. It was my good fortune to have been a co worker at IP for many years.

Pat, It has been many years since I left IP but some of my best memories of that time are having Bruce as a "boss." I remember him as a "great guy" and a lot of fun when we were on the road meeting with merchants in Ohio. My prayers and thoughts are with you and your family.

Pat - I was so saddened to learn about Bruce's passing. I've been remembering the past couple of days all of the memories working with Bruce. Like putting together the newsletters for the bike club; and all the stories he could tell - sometimes more than once or twice - but he told them so well - you didn't want to tell him he'd already told you that story. He was a terrific guy, so genuine. He sent me an email a few weeks back and told me about the fishing trip he'd taken with Scott and...

Pat, I can always remember the great times Phyllis and I had with you and Bruce. Then I remember the fun times I had with Bruce when no one was watching. These memories will be with me forever.
I know you have great memories also, and thats what will carry you through the difficult times to come.
Sincerely, Clarke & Phyllis Morian
