Bruce Murray

Well today, August 16, is a Woodstock anniversary... 1969. If anything was left out of his obituary, it was how significant being at Woodstock was to him. And that was a feeling shared by many who were there that weekend. (That old photo Phil posted must be about that timeframe... Bruce had beautiful hair!) Rest in Peace, Bruce... Bruce and I go so far back......back as far as grade school and maybe even K1, here is a photo of us from probably 6th grade. Bruce is top right, in one. I'm bottom/center. I still cant believe he is gone. Miss ya pal.

Condolences to you Jean & your family

I've known Bruce for over 50 years and considered him a great friend. We had many very long and mostly one sided (Bruce loved to talk) conversations over the years that I always looked forward to. I will miss those phone calls and his friendship. Pat Ross

Upon marriage to Phil Marusek twenty-three years ago, Bruce became a part of my life. I loved to cook for him on holidays, and to listen to his many stories about his dog, car shows, thrift store collectibles. He had very eclectic taste, and was a lover of music, He often gave us recommendations for singers and musicians we should listen to, which was very much appreciated...Phil and I are deeply saddened by his passing. A good man gone way too soon. My sincere condolences to all his family.
