Harry and I were so sorry to hear of Bruce's passing. He was a powerful example to both of us. We really had some fun with you guys and much laughter and a few tears. I'm sure life has been a struggle for sometime and I'm hoping you can now have some restful peace.

My prayers and thoughts for Phelps family especially for Mrs.Marie such a dedicated wife.She was providing emotional support in difficult time.I was one if the Hughes therapy department member and had pleasure to assist with therapy intervention.Bruce many times surprised us with his good spirit and dedication for his country,one time I asked him if he is willing walk for President of USA,he said" Yes let's do it" That day he walked around Hughes hallways with smile and determination.I...

Long ago, Bruce was a very special part of my life. So sorry to hear of his passing. As handsome in that picture as he was 50+ years ago.

Marie, we are sorry for Bruce's passing, but comforted he is no longer suffering. I fondly remember Bruce as we played on the soccer team, battling local teams with him either standing tall in the center or sweeping the right wing.

He was very respected by our class members, approachable and fair as our senior prefect for our class. Interestingly, 6 of our class of 23 classmates served in Vietnam as zbruce and I did. Thank you Bruce for your service.

Dear Marie - I am so very sorry to hear that you have lost Bruce. I know that he has been struggling for quite some time, but with you by his side his sad journey was filled with love.
