Not sure what to say?

I knew Bruce for many years, primarily being a Pieratt's customer. I always viewed him as a man of high integrity. Rest in peace Bruce!

Didn´t know Bruce for a long time but long enough to know he was a good man and a great friend.

Sending condolences to Bruce´s sweet family . I was their neighbor for many years and thought the world of him.

So sorry to hear about Bruce. We grew up together in Meadowthorpe. My thoughts & prayers are with Patsy & family during this difficult time.

I read with interest of the recent passing of Bruce Pieratt. I did not know Bruce, but suspect that we are related in some fashion. Our family roots have many starting points in the Ohio and Kentucky region. Our father´ s family of seven siblings was raised in Ohio. We are a small contingent of Pieratt´s in San Diego. Father was Navy, and a good athlete. The common trait seems to be sports and "giving back". I have done that through college baseball and continued coaching. My son has done...

I served with General Pieratt´s in the Kentucky National Guard. He was a true gentleman, a great officer, and a loyal friend. Farewell my friend.

Bruce had every right to boast about his life accomplishments, however I have never seen him do it. He was more interested in others, than he was in himself. He always came off as just a regular guy...but a truly rare individual. Laurie and I are saddened by his passing, and we are grateful to have shared time with him.

I am happy to have met Bruce. A very warm and friendly man. God bless you and your family in this time of sorrow.

I met Mr. Pieratt once when I won a contest for Big Blue Madness tickets and got to sit next to him. He was so kind to me and my husband, and we had a wonderful time both at the event and getting to know him. My heart goes out to his family and friends.
