Bruce Piersawl

Very sorry to hear of Bruce's passing. We became aware of each other through a mutual interest in immigration policy. Bruce always expressed a deep empathy for his friends and neighbors in the Bronx community of which he was a part. We had talked via phone and email for a couple of years but never met. A lunch in Manhattan (Bruce had recommendations) was put off due to cold weather, and again in late March due to his chemo treatments.
