Not sure what to say?

Mr Radka was a valued and treasured member of our Parkview community. He always remembered all his "kids" from Dexter Terrace. My brother Dave adored Mr Radka. He even came to my brother´s funeral and we will never forget that act of kindness to our family. My fondest memory was of Mr Radka when he skated in the Parkview Parade in a pink tutoo! A kinder, funny and joyful man that we will miss dearly. The Plewniak Family

Bruce was a great teacher and a great person

I played softball with Bruce at the Chapel. I looked at him as a father figure and a man of God! And boy did we have some fun at those games. I will miss that smile and that joyful laugh. Keep the arm warmed up my friend, Because we will have a game together up in the heavens.

I had the privilege of having Mr. Radka as my gym teacher at Dexter Terrace and as my soccer coach at Sweet Home. Everyone has a favorite teacher, and for myself and many others Mr. Radka was that person. He always had a smile on his face and an encouraging word for each of us. Mr. Radka was such a strong, faithful and positive influence for many young people. He taught us not only in sport but in life to respect each other, always try our best and to never give up. My heartfelt thoughts and...

Bruce was a colleague atSweet Home but mostly a brother in Christ as we served together on the visitation team at the Chapel. My sympathies to the family. "Absent from the body, present with the Lord".

Mr. Radka tought me more as a Phys Ed teacher than any teacher I've ever had. He tought us to be good people, to be kind and to live life with joy and have fun. His spirit was infectious. He was truly one of a kind and I thank God for the privilege of having known him for almost 60 years. May God bless him and his beautiful family.

To Bruce's family, My deepest condolences for the loss of Bruce in your lives. He was an exceptional man, father, friend and teacher. He was a special member of the Sweet Home family and I treasure the years we knew each other and his undying support of the student athletes and coaches that passed through his presence. May the many happy memories of him in your lives soften this loss. I will always carry his smile and his firm grip in my heart. He is missed. Glen McClary

Mr.Radka was my gym teacher at Dexter, and then I was lucky enough to have him move with our class to the middle school. He was nothing but encouraging, fun, and loving. I would see him years later, and he always remembered me. The world needs more men like Bruce Radka. Sending my love to his family.

Mr. Radka was beloved by his students. My children loved him in PE class. He certainly was a presence when entering a room. His smile always preceded him. He loved life. We are blessed that our children experienced him so many years ago at Dexter Terrace. Rest in peace Mr. Radka.
