Dear Nancy and family,
We were so sorry to hear of the loss of a wonderful person, great athlete, competitor and personal friend. I wish I coud have spent more time wth Bruce after leaving Fresno State. I always enjoyed being around Bruce because he was so full of joy and happiness. I will tuly miss seeing him when we all get together again in 2011 for Mercy Bowl reunion. Our thoughts and prayers are with you in the coming years. He will be missed greatly.

Dear Nancy,
I'm thinking of you and so sorry for your loss. I know you shared special times with Bruce during your summers in Alaska and even while you and I were working diligently at AHS. Your kindness toward me from my senior year to the present will always be appreciated. Please contact me if you ever need to talk.
Love, J-R

I remember Bruce as "33" on Fresno State's greatest football team...The undefeated "Mercy Bowl Team." At the time, I was just a Freshman at Fresno State. Everyone looked up to that team, they were our heros and many went on to outstanding careers. Bruce was a blocking fullback for the fastest halfbacks, but he also got to score a few touchdowns. Butch and Julie: All I know is that Bruce raised a very good and loving son, father and husband that is my friend, Butch. My prayers and condolences go out to you both, your children and the entire extended family. We are so sorry for your loss. Love, Emily and John Tsakoumakis(Emily Morse)

Nancy, Butch,Julie,Jill & Matt I am sorry for your loss. Bruce did a great job as a father and has left behind a beautiful family. Please let me know if there is any thing I can do to be there for you all in this time of a great loss.

May God bless you and your family in this time of sorrow.

Bruce, if the Lorelei were still in Redondo, I'd have another draft with you and discuss politics again. Buddy, you will be missed by a lot of people.

My memories of Bruce will live in my heart forever.
