Bruce Shepherd

I had the distinct pleasure of getting to know Bruce when given the opportunity to join him on a fishing trip a couple years ago. That was the start of a lasting friendship and I am so saddened to learn of his passing. My sincere condolences to Pauline and family. God Bless.

As a Sunday school teacher, to middle schools sports, high school encounters, and Winston encounters I always remember Dr Shepherd having a smile as he encouraged me and asked about how things were going. A truly authentic and positive smile, the type smile that you know has love and care for all behind it. Rejoice in knowing his smile positively influenced many, the smile will be missed, but the warm heart behind...

I am so sad to hear that Bruce has died....what a sweet and gentle man. Bruce and I connected via PeopleSoft activities at Baptist...I was always delighted to meet with him and enjoy his sense of humor and lightheartedness. Thinking of his family today...
