Not sure what to say?

Dwayne, please know of my (our) care for you in the loss of father/parent. We don't get to see you much at AGO, but remembrances of the past keep you in our care. tom moody

Bruce was a welcome sight to see when my family went to Powells Chapel. I send my deepest condolences to all of the Short family.

My fondest recollections of Bruce was how kind he & his wife were to my mother (Mattie Ruth Wrather) when she was dying. He volunteered numerous times to sit with my mom "just to chat" so I could go to my own Dr appts. He was truly a man of God & I'm so sorry that I'm too far away to pay my respects in person.

I am sorry for your loss, he was such a joy to see him come in Cracker Barrel, I will miss him greatly, my prayers are with the family.

May your memories of the wonderful times you shared with your loved one comfort you and your family, today and always.

For you, Mr. Short

My mother, Evelyn Lufkin Baltimore, called me to tell me of Mr. Short's passing. They were lifelong friends and she and I had been invited to come see his beautiful irises around Mother's Day. He had said that way I could pick out the bulbs that I wanted. I am so sorry that we will not get to have this visit with such a treasured friend. My sympathy and prayers are with his family.

Thoughts and prayers to all of you in the loss of your dad. So many memories of going to basketball games with him and my grandfather. A special man.

I am so sorry to hear of Bruce's passing. I did not know him well, but his legacy speaks for itself. I know he is greatly loved and missed by your family and I'm sure you can take some comfort in the fact that he is with his beloved. I love you, Dwayne. My thoughts and prayers go out to you and your family.
