Pastor Stewart was a great man! He was our pastor @ West Chicago Baptist Church during our family raising years. He was kind, honest and an example of a man who lived what he preached. He was a great boss (I was his secretary) and a forever friend! Ron and I both loved him so very much! Marcene you are a wonderful wife and mother. He is blessed to have such a incredible legacy of a Godly family!

Pastor Stewart was such a godly man who touched so many lives! He was a true Barnabas, an encourager, and a man of faith who "walked the talk". We were blessed to know him and see his love for his Lord and Savior. Only heaven will tell the lives that were touched through his life and ministry. To the Stewart family -- we are praying for you all in this difficult adjustment time. May God wrap His comforting arms around you all and give you peace.

Your family is in our prayers. I want you to know that Pastor Stewart's visits meant so much to me when I was in the hospital. I remember the small booklet he had written about why we get sick even when we are God's children. This man had a real heart for people and he will be sorely missed.

I am thankful to the Lord for allowing me the priveledge of getting to know Pastor Stewart. He faithfully preached the Gospel at Maplelawn Baptist church in Wyoming when it was without a pastor. As the chairman of the pulpit committee, I knew I could always count on him to fill the pulpit and really look at it as a ministry. My sympathies to the entire family.
