Slugger was one of the greatest guys I ever knew. I can remember him coming to the little leage ball games to watch his son Chris and I play. Slugger would remind me how I cryed on the pitcher's mound when the other team started kicking my tail. Of course, he would remind me of this in front a big crowd.
