It's been almost a year since my brother,Bruce, crossed over this side to the other side to eternity to be with God. I miss him. We were separate entities until we reached our senior years when we communicated often even though hundreds of miles apart.. Bruce dearly loved his family. He was generous, almost to a fault,and he genuinely cared for people. He was a man's man and a child of God. I have been blessed to havae had Bruce as my brother. All who read this will see him again some...

To: Diane, children and grand children

We just heard of the passing of Bruce and he will be greatly missed by many of us. He was so faithful with the duties connected with the Board of Education American Legion Post. We remember him as being principal at some of the schools he served with excellent leadership. May God comfort you and your extended family at this time of sorrow and yet gratitude for such a dedicated life of serving others.

To the Troutman Family, we are so sorry to hear about your loss. You are now with our father having lots of fun. My God be with you guys.

Well, you did it again . You must always "have your way." Back at C.T.C. you had to
"have your way" during practice teaching and darned near ended your career before it started.
Bret Harte School was never the same after you instituted new procedures in that sleepy
little Hyde Park school. You had to "have your way". When you opened Medger Evers School
you were so determined to have the building ready for the dedication service that you were

To the Troutman Family,
I had the honor of knowing Bruce as one of his route customers at the bank. He was a wonderful man and I will miss him greatly.

My deepest sympathy, thoughts and prayers go out to Bruce's family. I am deeply saddened by this news. Bruce was quite a guy and will be greatly missed.

To the Troutman family: Bruce was a great friend of my father and my uncle. My family remembers him fondly,
rest in peace.

I was very sad to hear Bruce has passed away I can still see him at the bank, laughing and making jokes He always made me laugh and was always so nice to me. My deepest sympathies to the Troutman family on this great loss. Bye Bruce! Rest in Peace!
