To Leslie, James and parents, Bruce was a great man! I dated him shortly in high school! He was always smiling and joking around! His nick name was I think windy! My parents lived across from him and Leslie! My dad referred to him as "Mr Rogers"! I will miss him too! Hugs and prayers to you all! He will be missed!

I met Bruce back in high school when I dropped into a store in Fircrest that he and his friend, Ken Grassi co-owned and operated. Thru the years, I would see Bruce around town and it was like no time had passed at all, and we would share information about our families, our dreams, our joys, and on occasion, our sorrows. Strength, Hope, Comfort & Peace

Pastor Bruce came in to our store Vercillo´s Catholic Book And Gift regularly for over 10 years. We became good friends. He came to learn many devotions of Catholics and incorporate them in his ministry eg the rosary, divine mercy chap let, saint prayer cards, saint medals etc. we shared many stories and always laughter a lot. Such a dedicated servant of the Lord to all people. Loving but also demanding accountability of his flock. Tacoma and the people he served so dedicatedly will...

I met Bruce when we lived at the Highland Condos. He was the social chairman of our group, we all loved him. I ran into him years later, and he was still such a genuine person.

Friends in DeMolay and for years, sure will be missed.

My deepest sympathy to Bruce's family and to the community of Tacoma and our homeless community. Bruce met with me and listened and gave me hope when my eldest son was a missing person a few years ago. Bruce was a wonderful, caring person. Prayers to all who will miss him.

A friend since high school and a friend for life, We shall be together again my friend. Gob Bless
