My thoughts are with you. Judge Williams was a true gentleman and a thoughtful judge. We have missed him on the bench in recent years.

Dear Phyllis, Laurie, Court, Stuart, Gregory and all of your family,
I'm very sorry to hear of the loss of your dear husband and Dad.
I have such fond memories of him when we were neighbors on Cedar Road. Please accept my deepest sympathy and condolences. May his Memory be Eternal.
With love,

Our deepest sympathy to Phyllis and family. We have all lost a friend and our legal profession has lost a giant. Bruce was the best. Peace.

I was saddened to learn of Judge Williams' passing. I had the great privilege of appearing before him as an attorney. He was one of the smartest judges ever to sit on the Anne Arundel bench, but also one of the most easygoing. He had a terrific sense of humor that sometimes manifested during trials, always in an appropriate fashion. I admired and respected him greatly, and will always remember him fondly. My deepest condolences to the family. Richard (Dick) Duden
