Watching a nice little neighbor kid grow into a decent man is one of life's irreplaceable treasures. And having him taken long before his time is almost too much to bare. Cherished memories will hurt for awhile, and then will become what sustain us in this all too often cruel world. My sad condolences to Jolene, Ric, Dick and families...
