Not sure what to say?

Sure miss him they lived with me when first coming to america

I Met Bucky Phillips Working For The OPSO And He Was A Hard Worker And A All Around Good Guy Always Was Polite And Would Always Stop And Talk To You, He Will Be Missed.

He was a very good friend that will be dearly missed. A fellow veteran that serviced his country and family proudly.

Bucky will be missed by many and remembered as a kind, gentle man who loved serving his country and community. May you and your family find Peace and Comfort in our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. May He wrap you in His loving arms of Comfort.

My wife and I first met Bucky two years ago at the time I was teaching a class to Law Enforcement officers in Gonzales, LA. Bucky was so energized in being in the class and that was the beginning of a wonderful friendship. Bucky was kind, generous and a Great law enforcement officer. Bucky will be missed. Job well done brother, job well done. Rest in Peace.

I knew Bucky from our time as Deputy's with the Orleans Parish Sheriff's Office. He truly loved being a Police Officer. He was a Good Friend and Partner to me. He was there for me more then once. I will truly miss him.

Deepest Sympathy my prayers are with your family. The department will not be the same.

Remembering him as a small boy when he first came to United States he lived with me in Chattanooga for a short time

My deepest condolences to the family
