Not sure what to say?

I will always remember Mr. Allen as one of the most influential people in my life. He truly inspired me to excel in my endeavors. He made me feel that I had value, and something to contribute to the world. Rest in Peace.

To The Allen Family:
I am so sorry for your loss. You can take comfort in knowing you gave Buddy the besyt care possible. You all have been such loving friends. He often asked about my daughter Rhonda who was one of his students,
My God continue to bless the family.

With Sincere Sympathy,
June Taffee

Sending our love and deepest sympathy to Margaret and all the kids and grandkids.

Sheril, I am so sorry for your loss. I have the fondest memories of your dad from slumber parties at your house (we broke a storm door window and he didn't kill us!), and our basketball and track teams he put together and coached during the summer. Sadly, I didn't participate in band, which I've always regretted.
Rest in Peace Mr. Buddy Allen. You were a great father and motivator!

Mr. Allen was my flute teacher. He was such an incredible person. He taught me how to play my favorite instrument, the flute. He would always ask me "good morning, how's your day?" every single time I walked into the band room. He would always tell me and Emma Monge that we could "go big one day" or that our vibratos were excellent. I cannot begin to explain how thankful I am for him. I will miss him so much, but I know he is still right beside me, telling me that I can do it and to never...

I am so sorry. You are in my heart and in my prayers

Prayers to Mrs. Allen, the girls, family and loved ones.

Mr. Allen
Blessed so many lives. He fulfilled his God given purpose through music and his kind soul. He had qualities that reached thousands of students.

I took band under the direction of Mr. Allen from 1976 - 1980. It was through those influential years that Mr. Allen would forever impact my musical career. I am grateful for your patience, guidance, faith and love.

Mr. Allen gave tough love...

This man was a saint. Any soul who can take dozens of first-year band students and TEACH them is simply amazing. My PARENTS made me practice outside because, let's face it, wrangling a squawky clarinet is not Mozart.
From that first seed that he planted, teaching me the clarinet, I took that and built on it. Band was amazing. Great friends. Good times. And I had the absolute privilege of being in an honor band that this wonderful man conducted at OBU.
God rest his beautiful...
