Buddy will be remembered as a family friend and a wonderful artist and our trips to Tennessee was never wasted when I first met him I remember he sat me down at his house got his guitar and played Rescue Love a song that he wrote I was 16 years old he will always be talked about in my family with high recognition. He will always be a Light in my Darkness. Thank you Buddy your family is truly blessed and because of you I can smile.

Rest in Comfort, in HIS ARMS, my brother in CHRIST JESUS. You brought light with your Music on my path. 'Virtuous Woman' was my favorite. Thank You brother.

You know, it’s not over. We will get to listen to your wonderful music again someday in Heaven. But until then, you have left us plenty right here!

I surely miss his spiritual uplifting music Talented and great harmonica player a loss on this earth.

An Amazingly talented musician. He will be missed by his innumerable fans whom he enthralled with his music especially on the harmonica which he played in his inimitable style.

I am very sorry to hear of Buddy's passing. We attended twelve years of school together at Happy Valley, and I have seen him at several class reunions. My condolences to you Virginia and all the family.
