WARREN - Buddy, husband, father and grandfather, was called Home to the Lord on Tuesday, March 17, 2009 at the age of 79. He was a beloved man who will be remembered by every life he touched. He is survived by: his wife, Kathy Chad Warren; his daughters, Barbara Mooney and husband, Rick, Connie Price, Katrina Crawford and husband, Marshall and Kyla Arney and husband, Gary; 6 grandchildren, Lee, Robert and Kenna Moser, Beth and Kathey Lackey and Gyan Arney; 5 great-grandchildren; sister, Joan Considine; and brothers, Vance and Gerald Warren; numerous nieces and nephews and one special nephew, Marlin Warren. Buddy was a founding member of the Olivet Baptist Church, and retired from the TCSO after 32 years of dedicated service as a Captain. His kindness and generosity knew no bounds, and his ability to know the worth of a person by their heart was unmatched and will be sorely missed. Service is to be held 10:30 a.m., Friday, March 20, at Peters-Stumpff Funeral Home in Skiatook.

Not sure what to say?

We all miss and love you SO much- your spirit and legacy has made an everlasting impression on ALL of us whose lives you were part of. You showed me that tenacity, not stature, is the measure of how far a person will go in the world, and what good they will do. You were far & away the best father-figure all us kids could have ever hoped for. And we just know you are enjoying cards with John Wayne & everyone else holding a spot at the blackjack table for you. Love you!

I've always loved you and I always will. We had so many wonderful times together and those memories will help get me through until we meet again.

Our hearts and prayers are with the family. I have fond memories of Buddy at the Sheriffs office.
