Mr. Cook always had a smile and a kind word to share. We still miss you. Dawn Greene and family.

I remembered Mr Buford Cook in New providence middle. He was a very kind and sweet teacher that I adored. He all of his students to be patient in making a keychain, plaque or a car. He will be missed by all.

Asking God for comfort and strength for you and your family. I learned today that you ask my sister, Desma Blount who you could pray for in her family. I am one you prayed for (recovering from cancer and radiation). In your time of sorrow you thought of others. I know in my heart you are a blessing to your family and you have been a blessing to mine. God bless and keep you. Shirley Nance Shelton

I have very fond memories of Mr. Cook at New Providence teaching shop class. He was a no-nonsense kinda guy who commanded respect. He was quiet and very nice. Prayers for his family.
