Missing you dear friend and brother. Thank you for being there for me throughout my life. After Rich's passing you stepped up for my kids and grandkids. We've shared tears and laughter....mostly laughter. I miss your corny jokes and quick wit that would never fail to put a smile on our faces. I hope you gave everbody up there a hug for me. Love your best friend. Marion...aka Princess Bull Frog

My sympathy to Burt's family. I met him at Dialysis in Fort Mill where my Dad is having treatment - Charles Funderburke . I spoke with him many times. Very nice and friendly person. Your family will be in our prayers. Sharon Gibson -

Uncle Burt missing you already

Its been a long time that I have been with the Birkhoff's and Erdmann's. But I have allot of great memories of Uncle Bert and Aunt Ronnie at the BBQ at Uncle Franks and Aunt Kitties house. I also remember Uncle Bert trying to get me a job at plainedge schools when I was just out of the Navy. They were great people. May they RIP. To Ronnie, Bert and Patty always remember that you guys had a great Mom and Dad. Not many people can say that.

My sincerest condolences for your loss.May the light and memories of your uncle live on in the hearts of the people he loved forever.

Uncle Burt you were one of a kind! Such a gentle person. I will never forget you. I remember all the days of going to your house in Levittown as a kid. Kisses to you and everyone who has passed on that your hanging on a cloud with! Luv you! xxxooo
