Cindy, I wondered why Burton was not at our band reunions. Tracy and I can not believe he is gone. We are so sorry. Don and Tracy Conner

Dear Cindy: I was brokenhearted to learn of Burton`s passing. Like every great Auburn man, he fought a good fight. Burton was one of my first friends when I was a freshman at Auburn, always accepting and kind and incredibly funny. Every time I hear the Auburn band and every time I hear it going forward, I will think of him. I am deeply thankful that he crossed my life´s path. My life is richer because I knew Burton Roton. May God hold you in his heart during the stiff difficult time.

Alex & I have so many fond memories of Burton. So sorry for his loss to family & friends.

Cindy, knowing you and seeing your love and devotion to Burton is a tribute to both of you. I´m so glad to have met you.

Cindy, I'm so sorry for the long interminable loss of Burton. You've been unwavering in your support, and I'm sure he knew it. I met Burton at our church, Ashland Place United Methodist around 1979 or 1980, but before that I was a friend of his mother Ann Rogers Roton, whom I absolutely adored. He was a great guy from a great family! May he rest in peace.
