Not sure what to say?

Max was an amazing individual! He helped me develop a better appreciation and understanding of chemistry and its value outside the classroom. He helped me develop a sense of confidence in studying chemistry, and he was such a positive human being! I find myself using some of the teaching techniques he shared with me when I was his student. His Christian beliefs were very much a part of his character, and I know where he is. God Bless and continue to Comfort his family and loved ones. His...

I just today found out that Max had passed. We attended PHS together although I was a year ahead of him & was best friends with his brother Donnie. I bumped into him a couple of times here in the DFW area. I do know he was a Super bright man in his field .I am saddened for his family for their loss . As a CHRISTIAN , I know I will see him again . Goodby my friend , gor now . Your friend , Roger Talley

I am so saddened to see of Prof. Courtney's passing. He was a great professor and mentor. I thank him for my career in Forensics. You will be missed!

A life to be proud of. Rest in peace.

Ginger,
My prayers go out to you and your family. I wish I could have attended Max's Services but have been fighting some health issues. Max was such a wonderful person and great friend. When we started SWAFS we had some great times. He will be missed by all that knew him.

I always enjoyed visiting with Max at the SWAFS meetings. He was a great friend and will be missed!

Ginger, I didn't know you'd lost Max until today. Hugs, prayers, and many condolences. He was a good man, and I wish I had known him better.

Max was a true leader on the war on drugs especially when Tarrant County was known as the amphetamine capital of United States. Max was a great asset to the citizens of Tarrant County and his expertise in the field of forensic chemistry was remarkable.

Ginger,

My thoughts and prayers are with you during this transition in your life. I am in El Paso and cannot attend the memorial service. May God go with Max and guide him to his eternal home.
