Not sure what to say?

RIP good friend. You were a big influence on me.

We have lost one of the best pilots and also one of the best men that I have ever known.

BYRON WAS ONE OF A KIND.
HE ISSUED MY PRIVATE PILOT LICENSE IN OCTOBER 1977.
HE WAS A LOCAL AVIATION LEGEND.
P.R. MATHEWSON-STRATFORD, CT.

I WAS NOT ASSOCIATED WITH BYRON IN HIS FLYING CAREER, BUT WAS VERY ACTIVE DURING HIS WATER SKIING DAYS AT SUN AND SURF IN DERBY ON THE HOUSATONIC.THOSE WERE THE DAYS. GOD BLESS YOU BYRON, IT'S BEEN MANY YEARS BUT I'LL ALWAYS REMEMBER YOU.

Byron was quite a guy, he excelled at everything he did. Pilot, ping pong, or partridge hunting. My condolences to all his family.
