Not sure what to say?

Love to the Howletts who are all so precious and dear. What a very special man Col. By was to me and my family. I shall always cherish the beautiful memories our families shared. Love always, Ellen Nichol

Miss Linda,
You and your family are in our prayers.

Best wishes to you Linda and your loved ones in this time of sorrow. May God continue to Bless your family.

God is smiling, he has his child back with him living eternally and effortless.

Love and sympathy to you all of your family.

Miss Linda, so sorry for your loss. Sounds like your father was an amazing man. How truly privileged were you to grow up with that kind of love and guidance? Blessings to your mother as I'm sure this is beyond difficult for her. May all your wonderful memories keep you laughing until you join each other again.

By was a very special person who took interest in you. He was a true gentleman. I will miss his hugs at the Golden Eagle Luncheons. I served with him on the GE board and learned a lot from him. Thoughts go out to Billie and her family. You have a lot of wonderful memories. God's blessings.

Linda and family. Our prayers are with you you in this time of loss.

I went through Basic & OCS with By and later served under his command. In those 30 plus years I never met a man with such integrity and sense of justice. I always looked at By as an example of the finest officer and gentleman I knew. I will miss him.
