Byron L. Lewis, 80, of Columbia, South Carolina, a U.S. Army veteran of World War II, a member of Westminster Presbyterian Church, died on Thursday, July 26, 2001. The family will receive friends on Friday, July 27, 2001, 6-8 p.m., at Caughman-Harman Funeral Homes, 5400 Bush River Road, Columbia. Services are scheduled for Saturday, July 28, 10 a.m., at the funeral home. Burial will be at Bush River Memorial Gardens.
