Byron Allan Swart

Byron was born on January 23, 1948 and passed away on Friday, November 18, 2016. Byron was a resident of Worthington, Minnesota at the time of his passing. He graduated from Slayton High school in 1966. He attended Jackson Vo Tech school and Hibbing Vo Tech School. He was drafted into the Army and served a tour of duty in Viet Nam. He was married to Cynthia Kropp Benson. Funeral service will be at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday, November 23, 2016 at the First Lutheran Church. Visitation will be held from 4:00-7:00 p.m. Tuesday, November 22, 2016 at Benson Funeral Home, Worthington and one hour prior to the service at the church on Wednesday. Interment will be at Garden of Memories Cemetery, Worthington. Memorials are preferred to the Hospice Cottage, Worthington.
