SCRANTON — Byron T. Webb Sr., 82, formerly of Scranton, died April 1, 2022. A blessing service is scheduled for 7 p.m. Thursday in the Thomas P. Kearney Funeral Home Inc., 517 N. Main St., Old Forge. Family and friends may pay their respects 5 p.m. Thursday until services.
