His dedication to the ministry and his ability to lead will never be forgotten. I thank God for his service and had an opportunity to speak with him and enjoy prayer time in October after suffering with a stroke. May Hod continue to use his memory to uplift others. Wilton Grannum

To Hopeton´s family, the Central congregation and the Moravian worldwide mission, know that the LV ecumenical community mourns with you. Hopeton made an impact wherever he went. He brought people together from around the world. In addition to being a local colleague I was privileged to travel with him to his beloved Jamaica and be introduced to the Jamaican Moravian community. It was mind expanding and heartwarming just like Hopeton.
