Not sure what to say?

Mary I just found out about Thurlows passing. He was a great guy, I knew he could always put a smile on my face. (Especially during choir rehearsals)... I have thought of you both often over the years, so sorry again to hear of this news. I hope you are doing well. Prayers to you and your family.

I was blessed to meet Thurlow in 2005 when he was walking his dog by my house. I loved talking with him about the Patchaug State Forest, deer and turkey hunting in Connecticut and any other subject that came up. He was a gentle soul and I always felt better after having an encounter with him. I´d missed that over the last couple of years and I´m sorry to hear of his passing. God Bless You Thurlow, Happy trails and my deepest sympathy Meri.

My Deepest Sympathy to the family of Thurlow. We attended school together and spent time working on the Coats farm and enjoying coffee and pie at Dew Drop Inn. He was an empathetic human being and many are better for having known him. May he R.I.P.

My condolences to the Coats family. I am a graduate of Wheeler and knew the family and Thurlow.

Thurlow was a kind & gentle man who always has a smile & a story to share. He will be missed by all who knew him. Our sincere condolences John & Patty Anderson

Thurlow was Master of our Grange in the 70's, he was our Santa for years, he sang with our trio and quartet and no Christmas party was complete without his wonderful rendition of White Christmas. He will be sadly missed.
