Read MoreI worked with Ann at Lincoln High School. She was such a caring and thoughtful person. She quickly got to understand Southeast Asian culture and supported these special families. When she became an administrator, Ann treated all students equally and respectfully. I am sorry her family lost such an amazing person.

Ann was one of the kindest ladies I knew. I was lucky to have worked with her at Colonial Heights as my first principal in Lincoln Unified. She opened my eyes to the less fortunate and showed me a different, caring way. I am a better person for knowing her.

How very sorry I am to hear of the loss of C. Ann Howard. I remember her fondly when I worked at Lincoln High School. Ann was a sensitive and understanding soul who gave me encouragement as a teacher but also as a working mother to two young children at the time. This lovely lady will be missed.
