Sending our deepest sympathies to Rev. Landis's family and friends. He was our minister on Jack's Creek, as well as Principal of Jack's Creek Elementary. He married my husband and me back in 1971. He and Mrs. Landis touched the lives of so many people. It's impossible to measure the good both of them have done and continue doing in this world. Our thoughts and prayers are with his loved ones. To the Landis family: As a former pastor at First Baptist in Loyall, it was a joy to have ministered with Brother Landis from 1978 until 1990. My son. Brian, was very close to the Landis children. Indeed, as the obit states, he will be missed in Harlan County.

Dear Elaine and family, So sad to hear of Bobby's passing from cousin Jeannette. So much time has gone by since we last visited with you and Bobby in Lancaster. Lee and I will remember your family in prayer. Lee was just thinking about Bobby last week. God brought him to his mind to pray for him. We didn't know of his long illness. In His love, Lee and Rachel Baxter
