DR. C. WILLIAM "BILL" MILLER

God bless Bill Miller. He was the best man I ever met, and the kindest, most joyful too. I learned much from him ranging from his studies of Ben Franklin, to Shakespeare, and gardening. But most of all I saw in him a man in full, a devoted husband, father, professor, public servant, and Christian gentleman.
