Dearest Liz,
I am so very sorry.
I am just seeing this now.
You and Blaine were such a special couple.
You..Darling and Blaine...Charming...I think that is what the C. stood for in Blaine's name. I will always remember our time together in San Francisco and West Marin fondly.
With great affection.

We are grateful for the memories we share with you and we will always remember the Uncle Remus stories Blaine came to read us and visits from Santa Clause that filled us children with wonder. Our prayers are with you - for comfort in your great loss of the "rudder of your lives," for courage as you face life without him, and that you sense God's love and comfort.

Liz....what a wonderful and amazing man Blaine was. I'm sorry I never had the opportunity to meet him. I know what a tender time this is for you and your family and close friends. May their support and love surround you as you move into this new chapter in your lives. Even in death love lives on in a transformed way....my that love sustain you in the months and years ahead. Faithfully, Don Brown

Thank you, Blaine, for reading books to the first graders at Ainsworth school, and helping them create a crane mobile for the school library. It continues to rotate with the love and years that pass in your honor. We will always miss your presence and love of life! My condolences to Liz, Catherine, and Chase, as well as the rest of your family.

I have a wonderful memory of drinking fine wine with you and Blaine and then swimming in a beautiful downtown rooftop pool . Blaine was definitely the life of the party that night . Sending love and prayers to your family. Lori Sutherland
