C. STUART BROAD

I was sorry to hear that Stuart passed away. I am a long-time friend of Cathy's and came to Cathy's home in Chevy Chase for some holiday dinners or just to visit. Stuart was always warm and welcoming, asking me lots of friendly questions about my job and interests, and life in general. He was laidback and easygoing; he made my visits relaxing and pleasant. I met Stu at a MCSM meeting in 1998. He was a kind and thoughtful "old-school" gentleman and I'll remember him fondly for that and his good common sense.
