Not sure what to say?

Robyn and siblings, your father was my husband´s best man in our wedding nearly 60 years ago. Robyn was our flower girl. I am so sorry for your loss; it is his gain. My husband´s, Bill Howse, Celebration service was 4/8/2023. Our service can be viewed on church´s website. FBC, Fairview,Tn. So sorry we have lost touch through the years. Hope we can connect. We loved your family so much. Will be praying for you. Annette HOWSE

Dr. Cooley was one of the most insightful, caring, and helpful people I have ever worked with! He made immediate connections with clients and colleagues at LinkED! He was a ray of sunshine and always had an encouraging and positive word to say!! We will miss him dearly but his spirit will always be with us!! With fond memories, Dege Leedy

Dr. Cooley was the heart and soul of Fourth Street Project. His balanced observations of both parents and children (and the staff) helped us help hundreds of children. Cooley was my mentor, a good man I admired so much. So many lives were made richer by Cooley's presence in this world.

As a representative of The Fourth Street Project family practice & school, I want to offer sincere condolences on behalf of all who worked with him - particularly John Ross, Donna Kelly-Powell, Carol R.Costello, Stephanie Graham, and many other members of the staff team & the hundreds of children & families who may not be aware in time to post here. Flowers sent to represent all of us.

I served with him in that setting for 13 years and also developed a great respect for him as a Christian and for the care and...
